Gently pinch the entire face, with thumbs and middle fingers, in order to stimulate and boost microcirculation. Apply the mask to the face and neck, using circular movements. Leave on for 10 minutes. Massage the face again for a few moments, and then rinse with water. For optimal effectiveness use twice a week.
