Return Policy

As part of our commitment to you, LeSpa USA has established a 30 day exchange policy.  If you are not satisfied with any of the products you purchase from LeSpa USA, you may return the item/s for an exchange or refund if returned within 30 days of when you received the order.  Please refer to the following terms and instructions in order to receive a full credit or refund.


1.     You must obtain a return authorization number for all returns.  To obtain a return authorization number, please fill out a product return authorization request form and email it to [email protected]. For your convenience, you may use the form on this page.   Or, you may contact us by phone at (801) 284-8282 or toll free at (855) 267-0020.  Within a few business days following your request, you will receive notification regarding a return authorization number.  After you have obtained a return authorization number, please be sure to include it on the outside of the shipping box.  Include a copy of the product return form with the items you are returning.

2.     Carefully pack up all product and merchandise being returned.  Make sure to include all corresponding printed material, accessories, any gift with purchase items or samples that were associated with your purchase as well as the original packaging.  If these items are not included with your return, you will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

3.     To ensure that your return package is received by LeSpa USA, we recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking and insurance.  You are responsible for shipping charges on the returned merchandise except in the case of mis-shipped product, defective merchandise or the goods were damaged upon receipt.

4.     We regret that shipping fees are not eligible for credit or refund unless the original items were either shipped incorrectly by LeSpa USA or damaged upon receipt of goods.  All other shipping charges are non-refundable. 

5.     Full credit will only be considered on items which at least 75% of the product is remaining in the container.  . 

6.     All returns are subject to inspection.  Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed or disposed of upon request.
